What this website actually does
The enquiry and reservation forms on this site are handled in your own browser and show you a confirmation message. The site does not transmit your form entries to a server. If you email us directly, we use your message only to reply and to arrange your stay.
Cookies and analytics
We set essential cookies needed to remember your age confirmation and your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the banner; you may reject them with equal ease, and rejecting changes nothing about your ability to use the site. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the house, for example an email provider, and only as far as needed. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights in practice
You may ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to contact@borjohotels.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian data-protection authority if you believe we have handled your data wrongly.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and its review date. This is the current version as of July 2026.
